This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very delayed to get back with you - if they even respond at all. Not accepting of returns when they don’t include any return instructions with the original package and/or have any info on their website! You can only email them as well! Will definitely not recommend to anyone I know. We ordered two different sizes of this dress to ensure my wife had the right fit for an upcoming wedding. Wanted to return the other but after reaching out to obtain return info - when they finally answered our email it was right at the cut off for returns. Ow they won’t respond at all. Pathetic to say the least
